We are going to review the NBA Super Picks for today.
Let's cover the Point Guard position first and go from there.
Note: DraftKings data will be used in this article.
Point Guard:
MO WILLIAMS Minnesota Timberwolves | #25 PG
DraftKings Salary: $5,800
Next Game: Min@Den (01/17 9:00 PM ET)
I'm still riding the Mo Williams train. He has been extremely hot in the past two games, scoring 69 fantasy points in the first game and 42 fantasy points last night. In the last ten days, he has averaged 46.3 fantasy points. If Mo plays well tonight like he did in the past two games, he can hit 5X value in the first half alone.
Shooting Guard:
JAMES HARDEN Houston Rockets | #13 SG
DraftKings Salary: $10,700
Next Game: GS@Hou (01/17 8:00 PM ET)
Out of all the options in the SG category, you have to go with James Harden. Everyone will own him tonight. That means if you fade him and he goes off, you sink your ship. On the other hand, if he doesn't do well and you have him in your line up, you won't be hurting as bad because everyone else will have him also.
Small Forward:
TONY ALLEN Memphis Grizzlies | #9 SF
DraftKings Salary: $4,000
Next Game: Por@Mem (01/17 9:00 PM ET)
Tony Allen is one of my favorite players that is consistently hitting at least 5X value on a regular basis. He is good for 20 fantasy points tonight to reach 5X value, but has a higher ceiling, especially more so with Conley in a boot and questionable tonight.
Power Forward:
KENNETH FARIED Denver Nuggets | #35 PF
DraftKings Salary: $7,400
Next Game: Min@Den (01/17 9:00 PM ET)
Kenneth Faried is playing in a favorable matchup against Minnesota, a team that is 27th ranked in defending Power Forwards. Vegas high O/U line indicates that it will be a high scoring affair to give Faried plenty of run to get his rebounds and points.
Center:
BISMACK BIYOMBO Charlotte Hornets | #8 C
DraftKings Salary: $4,200
Next Game: Ind@Cha (01/17 7:00 PM ET)
Bismack has been performing very well in the past two games getting tons of rebounds. Kemba Walker isn't playing tonight, which makes Bismack even more appealing. The coach seems to like him and giving him good minutes. He's an easy 25 fantasy points if he continues to play decent.
